What should I bring?
Swimwear is required. Towels and lockers are provided for you.
How long can I stay?
Each recovery session gives you 3 hours of full access — sauna, ice bath, steam dome, jacuzzi, rest zones and café, all included.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Our café offers a curated selection of beverages, healthy snacks and complimentary infused water throughout your visit.
Are children allowed?
For the comfort of all guests, visitors must be 16 years or older to enter the spa.
Is the spa suitable for groups or private events?
Absolutely. Reach out to us on WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to arrange the details.
Can I use my laptop?
To preserve the calm atmosphere, laptops and loudspeaker calls are not permitted inside the spa.
Can I use my own sauna oils?
For safety and consistency, please don’t add oils or water to the sauna stove. Our team takes care of all infusions for you.
Do you have filtered water?
Yes. The entire spa operates on a professional-grade water filtration system.
